- 3. SERVICE PROVIDER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The user is obliged to inform the restaurant/PR manager of the cancellation immediately upon receipt of the order confirmation. - It is not possible to change the contents of a complex order.
- 4. Payment
- You can pay by online payment. The settlement of transactions by credit card and e-transfer is carried out through the service PayU.pl.
- All prices quoted on the website include VAT (tax on goods and services).
- All electronic payments are carried out in accordance with the applicable regulations of the payment system operator or payment system partner, and the service provider is not responsible for their correctness.
- Cash payment is made to the hands of the supplier of the ordered products, after receipt. If there is no possibility of a positive transfer of the order to the restaurant, the user receives a refund of the entire payment made through the payment system. The request for reimbursement by the service provider will be made no later than within 72 working hours from the date of receipt by the service provider of the failure to perform the order for the reasons referred to in this point (in the case of payment by bank transfer) and up to 14 Working days in case of payment by credit card.
